Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is back in the city after undergoing naturopathy treatment in Bengaluru for over a fortnight, met his Cabinet Ministers on Thursday.

Before going to Bengaluru, Mr. Kejriwal was campaigning in Punjab and was out of Delhi for almost a month.

The AAP’s political affairs committee (PAC) meeting was held at Mr. Kejriwal’s residence on Thursday evening. According to sources, the members discussed the upcoming civic elections and issues to be highlighted during campaigning.

“Sanitation and corruption will be the two main issues. AAP MLAs will be highlighting these in their respective constituencies,” said sources.

“Report card”

According to sources, Mr. Kejriwal will hold review meetings with each Minister and go through their “report card”. “He met Satyendar Jain on Thursday,” said sources.

The government had last week celebrated two years in power and released a report card highlighting its achievements and future plans. With civic body polls slated for April end, Mr. Kejriwal has to decide on the list of candidates and the campaigning strategy.

“Action against some rebel MLAs will be taken before the AAP goes into campaign mode.” The brass is mulling disciplinary action against MLAs Devinder Sehrawat, Asim Khan and Pankaj Pushkar.
