Jamia declares board results

‘Speedy declaration of results will help students apply for university admissions on time’

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) on Tuesday declared the result of the Class XII board examinations in arts, commerce and science streams.

Under the science stream, a total of 400 students, including 176 girl and 224 boys, appeared for the examination.

The pass percentage of the stream was 89.2% and 85.27% for boys and girls respectively.

A total of 241 students appeared for the arts examination, including 143 girls and 93 boys, with a pass percentage of 92.57% and 83.87% respectively.

For the commerce stream, 126 students, including 28 girls and 98 boys, took the examination.

Vice-Chancellor Talat Ahmad congratulated Jamia schools and the Office of the Controller of Examinations for successfully conducting and declaring the results of both Classes X and XII board exams in record time. He said the speedy declaration of results will help students apply for university admissions on time.
