Delhi on Sunday woke up to a cold morning as the minimum temperature settled at 6.4 degrees Celsius with dense fog affecting around 100 flights and 60 trains.
The minimum temperature was one notch below normal, while humidity was recorded at 97 per cent at 8:30 a.m. Fliers at the Delhi airport had a tough time as around 100 flights, including international flights, were affected due to dense fog and low visibility which was below 50 metres.
Sixty north-bound trainscoming from Ranchi, Bhubneswar, Kolkata, Sealdah and Dibrugarh were running late by several hours .
