In order to motivate its employees, the Delhi Jal Board has constituted an ‘Employee of the Month’ award for its work force. The Board has also decided to hold Karamchari Sampark Sabhas every three months.
“The Board has decided to constitute a committee which will examine the issue of introduction of a new performance related incentive scheme for the employees. In addition to this, yardsticks are being prepared for assessing the performance of the employees to declare a best performer as the ‘Employee of the month’,” a DJB statement said.
