Adding to the festive season celebrations, the Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) is geared up to giving its passengers a taste of the much-looked forward to Formula-1 through a “Speed Fest” at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport.

Starting this Sunday and up to October 26, there will be a daily raffle for Formula-1 race tickets at the airport.

Eligibility for participation

To become eligible for participation in the raffle, a passenger will have to make a minimum purchase of Rs. 500 from any retail outlet at the Airport and Rs. 200 from any food and beverage outlet.

By the end of this month, car major Hyundai's upcoming model will also be displayed at IGI's Terminal-3. After October 30, a bumper draw will be held, where participants will get the chance to win Hyundai's new car and other attractive prizes.

India's only representative in the Formula-1 race, “Force India,” has also positioned its car at the IGI. It has also initiated activities like — F-1 simulation, writing on F-1 graffiti wall, racing games and pit stop.

“DIAL is excited to play host to Formula-1 cars. We see it as a great opportunity to create a buzz among passengers that will allow us to capture the pulse of the consumers,” said DIAL CEO I. Prabhakara Rao.
