The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Thursday said that the urban body is conducting e-auctions for disposal of institutional, industrial, commercial, residential and built-up shops or units. The first phase of the e-auction, which started on January 21, has seen properties worth around ₹900 crore sold in three days. Nine industrial plots, six commercial, 128 residential and 28 kiosks have been sold in the e-auction.

“Seeing the good response and demand for more plots, the DDA will conduct e-auction phase II for disposal of more plots and properties shortly,” said a DDA official.
