The Delhi Congress on Monday launched a door-to-door campaign that saw party workers hand out booklets that “exposed” the alleged failures of the BJP-led government at the Centre and the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi.

The booklets being distributed are titled ‘Jhute Vaiydon Ka Khel - Modi Sarkar Fail” and “Jhute Vaiydon, Baemani aur Brashtachar ka Khula Khel, Kejriwal Sarkar Fail’.

Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee chief Ajay Maken inaugurated the campaign ‘Lok Sampark Abhiyan’ from Karol Bagh in the New Delhi Parliamentary constituency, and also launched a donation drive to raise funds for the party.

Mr. Maken said that it had become clear that the people of Delhi “have now fully understood the false promises and non-performance of the [Arvind] Kejriwal government and Modi’s “jumla” and inefficiency”.

He said that people are now looking towards Congress president Rahul Gandhi with hope as “only the Congress can provide a stable and efficient government”.
