Gym trainer shot at, critical

: A 34-year-old gym trainer was shot at by unidentified motorcycle-borne men in south-east Delhi’s Amar Colony on Monday.

The incident happened around 11 p.m., when victim Ravi Thapa was returning home with a cake to celebrate his daughter’s birthday.

Vehicle intercepted

Two men intercepted his motorcycle and fired several rounds at him.

They then sped away from the spot.

Ravi, who was hit twice, was rushed to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences by passers-by. He is said to be critical.

A case of attempt to murder has been registered.
