A 55-year-old man was murdered at his residence in North-East Delhi’s New Usmanpur on Thursday. The suspects are yet to be identified.

The police are guessing that they were known to the victim and had visited his house hours before the body was found.

According to the police, the deceased Mumtaz used to work as a rickshaw puller.

A police officer said that some of his neighbours spotted that Mumtaz was lying unconscious at his shanty in the second Pushta. A team was sent to the house and the man was rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead.
