The application forms for the Plus Two Supplementary Examinations must be submitted by May 20.
While school students can obtain and submit the forms in their respective schools, private candidates can obtain the forms from their examination venues.
According to a press release from the Directorate of Government Examinations, students who failed to clear one or more subjects or those who did not attend any examination can submit the forms.
The Supplementary Examinations will begin on June 22 and conclude on July 3, it added.
