Students of the PSG College of Technology interacted with Sidney Frank, Canadian Consul General for South India, a few days ago at an interactive session the college had organised. A release from the institution said that the students had an opportunity to listen to the latest updates in the Indo-Canada relation and how the recent visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi had helped improve the relationship.

Mr. Frank said Canada’s strengths and expertise were in ports, engineering services, planning, information communication technology, and waste water management. He also spoke about Canadian education, how 400 of those had understanding with Indian institutions and the recent efforts to participate in the Central Government’s skilling efforts.
