Passport Adalat on May 16

Passport Office – Coimbatore is holding a Passport Adalat on May 16 from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. for the benefit of passport applicants residing in Coimbatore, Salem, Erode, Namakkal, Tirupur and the Nilgiris,

Passport applicants whose applications filed up to March 31, 2015 which are pending with passport office, Coimbatore, due to various reasons are requested to approach the Passport Office, Coimbatore, with a letter in writing addressed to the Regional Passport Officer, Coimbatore on May 16, a release from Passport Officer S. Sasikumar said.

Those who applied for passport till March 31, 2015 and yet to receive the passport alone need to approach. Only the applicants (representations by third party on behalf of the applicant will not be entertained) are requested to attend the adalat with all documents called for in the objection/call letters, if any issued by the Passport Office or with a representation regarding the pending application.

Following details should be clearly furnished, passport application file number, date of application, name in full (block letters), father’s name, date of bird, present address and telephone number and brief summary of the grievance. Already closed files will not be re-opened and they will have to apply afresh with usual formalities.
