June 10, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:31 am IST - COIMBATORE:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to various countries has strengthened the confidence among these countries about India, Union Minister for MSMEs Kalraj Mishra said here on Tuesday.

He told presspersons that foreign countries were now expecting India to become a great economic power.

When asked about building Ram temple, he said, “I think this time our priority is development, to fulfil the infrastructure needs, to project the country as a developed nation and we are going in that direction.”

Regarding opposition to amendments in labour laws, he said that these parties were creating fake issues as they lacked any real issue to oppose. On alliance between Janata Dal (United) and Rashtriya Janata Dal for Bihar assembly polls, he said, “I have toured Bihar. People want the BJP to come to power. They have faith in Mr. Modi and want good governance.”
