Coimbatore Postal Division of the Department of Posts conducted a letter-writing competition as part of the National Postal Week celebrations. As many as 562 students (167 in the junior category and 395 in the senior category) participated. They were given an inland letter card by the department and they wrote letters to their grandparents on how they spent their vacation or about a day at school or about their favourite book. The top three winners will qualify for circle and State-level competitions
