ISO certification for Cordite Factory

The Cordite Factory in Aruvankadu has received the Integrated Management System, including the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification, says a release from the Factory management.

K.K. Pati, General Manager, Cordite Factory, received the certification from the Quest Certification (P) Ltd., Chennai, at a function held on the Factory premises on May 25.

It is a pioneer in propellant manufacturing factories under the Ministry of Defence, supplying products to the armed forces since 1904.
