Isha to conduct free yoga sessions till June 30

Isha Yoga Center has been conducting free yoga sessions from June 1 and will do so till June 30, says a release. It will hold the sessions at one lakh locations targeting 50 to 100 million people. In Chennai, in association with the Commercial Tax Department, it has planned to teach yoga to 2,000 people in over 40 sessions.

The organisation has also tied up with TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, TVS group, Murugappa group, Bharat Matrimony and many more organisations to teach yoga to their employees. Plus, it will also teach yoga to students of municipal corporation schools, colleges and various other institutions across the State.

The workshops will be for an hour-and-a-half. On June 20, Jaggi Vasudev will conduct a yoga session in Bangalore in the presence of Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah and on June 21 he will conduct a session on YMCA ground in Chennai at 6.30 a.m.
