The Nilgiris District Collector, Innocent Divya, launched a service whereby residents can register their complaints and bring to the notice of the Collector their grievances through WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter. Called “At your service,” residents can send their grievance petitions and complaints directly to the administration on Facebook at https://www.facebook. com/ collectornilgiris/ on Twitter to the handle @collrnlg, and WhatsApp to 99431-26000.
