Coimbatore district on Friday reported one new case of COVID-19. The Health Department said two persons were discharged and the total number of active cases stood at six. According to the Department, the district had a test positivity rate of 0.7 % on Thursday when one tested positive. Tiruppur did not see any new cases on Friday.
