NAMAKKAL The Thiruchengode municipality on Tuesday sealed an office of BSNL here for non-payment of tax to the tune of ₹11.5 lakh.
According to officials, the office had been evading the payment of property and water taxes despite repeated intimations from the municipallity.
However, after holding discussion with the BSNL authorities that the arrears would be cleared soon, the office was reopened.
