Bharathiar University has invited applications from candidates to take the Common Eligibility Test for admission to M.Phil., Ph.D. programmes.
A release said that the July 12, 2015 test would make successful candidates eligible for admission to programmes in the Bharathiar University departments, affiliated colleges and recognised research institutions. Those interested may download the forms from the university website (www.b-u.ac.in) till June 5. Applications submitted after the due date (June 5) would not be accepted.
The release also said that UGC, CSIR-NET, SET, GATE or M.Phil. qualified candidates and those with teacher fellowship need not appear for the eligibility test.
