A total of 19 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Erode district on Thursday, taking the overall tally to 1,35,992. While 24 persons were discharged, 207 persons continue to be under treatment.
Salem reported 21 new COVID-19 cases and Namakkal reported seven new cases on Thursday.
As per the bulletin, there are 133 active cases in Salem and 70 active cases in Namakkal district.
