On National Librarian’s Day, we begin a short tour across some of India’s best and most interesting libraries

As a lead up to the festival, we highlight libraries that are working towards creating spaces that champion books, literature and access to knowledge.

This month, we visit three libraries in Delhi, beginning with the Khirki branch of The Community Library Project - a people’s initiative “committed to the work of building the movement for a publicly owned, free library system that is accessible to all”.
