Grapes are grounded in a mixer. The liquid is filtered and kept aside. Half cut apple, one sapota, small pieces of papaya, pineapple,100ml frozen milk and 25 ml milk along with two
teaspoons of sugar are blended in a mixer and the extract is kept separately. A portion of the grape juice prepared earlier is poured in
a glass tumbler. The extract is then poured on top of it. The grape juice is poured over it and served chill.
