Pritesh Asher and Megha Asher of Juicy Chemistry travel great lengths to procure raw materials for their skin care products. They use tea tree from Australia, sacha inchi from South America, argan oil from Morocco, tamanu, shea and cocoa butter from Africa, baobab from Senegal and helichrysum from Croatia. Their company has recently been certified by ECOCERT (a world recognised leading organic certification agency that certifies organic cosmetics and ingredients). “We chose to go for certification as the words ‘organic’ and ‘natural’ is often misused these days. As we believe in transparency we wanted our customers to also know that we abide by the strict standards required to get a certification,” says Megha.

Riding high on their certification, Juicy Chemistry is about to add a new line of products to its already impressive list. Some of these include baobab and tea tree shampoo to control hair fall and dandruff, avocado and coconut hair and body wash for babies, neem butter, tea tree and ginger hair masque for itchy scalps, avocado and other unguents for repairing, replenishing and rejuvenating the skin.
