Among the earliest to introduce the business centre concept in the city, the Vatika Business Centre branch at Road No.12, Banjara Hills branch that was established in September 2007, continues to be a preferred choice for many established and young firms. Professional in terms of their policies and client-friendly with their ambience, it isn’t surprising to note that companies ranging from Nokia, Amazon, AT & T to GE were here before they switched to their individual office spaces. The pan-India business centre whose design elements vary across their branches has its head office in Gurgaon with their other branches in Hitec City besides other cities like Noida, New Delhi, Chennai and Bengaluru.

For a space that comprises about 244 workstations across 25000 square feet, with an occupancy rate at an impressive 70 percent, the moving space is luxurious. The reception area is compact but it’s the best invitation to an office space that an employee could ask for. There are vibrant colours all around, the office is specifically themed around the orange, red, yellow and white hues whose multifarious patterns across workstations, cabins and the corridors seem welcoming to the eye. The brown-tinted lights, the greenery surrounding a circular block of the space that’s divided into meeting and training rooms ensure a very professional atmosphere that’s equally complemented by its aesthetics.

Ranging from a one-person cabin space to those that can accommodate 20 people, many spaces offer a wholesome view of the Banjara Hills area through their glasses, which of course comes with higher pricing, a facility that most avail. The choice of the training room-setup rests with the client. Vatika is particular in not letting the firms meddle with its design elements, an aspect that people who come here are prepared for. The cafeteria space isn’t exhaustive, they’re are equipped to provide coffee, tea and a range of snacks, just enough for a firm to organise informal events. The maze-like corridor-designs across various ends of the office is intriguing too.

“What makes us stand apart from other business centres is the services we offer to multi-sized firms. Being a customer-centric organisation, the unifying theme in our interiors and the effort we take to save their time and energy has ensured our drastic growth over time,” states Nishit Mehta, Vatika’s Operations Manager for this centre.
