The dish is a perfect pick for those who like sweet with a dash of fruit. Made of maida and sugar, the dish is a sweetie-fruity indulge with a subtle orange flavour. Ghee is added to uniformly kneaded maida dough to make it softer. The dough is flattened into small discs. Milk-khoya (Paal khova) is filled and the discs are rolled into crescents. After being fried in oil, the crescents are dipped in orange flavoured sugar syrup.

Price: Rs. 8 per piece

BOTTOM LINE:Just irresistible!
