The right moves

Lisa Haydon, who didn't make too much of an impression as the corporate yuppie in last year's dud “Aisha”, has been able to attract eyeballs with her new item number in the forthcoming “Rascals”. The song is called “Shake It Saiyaan”, in keeping with the spirit of inane lyrics, and she gets to shake it with Sanjay Dutt. While the song is racing ahead, Lisa is hoping her small role in the film (besides the dance number) also gets noticed.

Fire in the belly

Prateik Babbar, who was last seen in “Aarakshan”, but failed to impress, is hoping his next film under Sanjay Leela Bhansali's banner “My Friend Pinto” does the trick for him. The movie is about the lovable Pinto (Prateik) who is looking for his childhood friend. To promote the movie, the young actor is doing the rounds in colleges, and last week we caught him in a South Mumbai college trying to learn some belly dancing from the students. He wasn't successful, and became a sporting victim of barbs.

The big fight

There are reports on how Rakesh Roshan is burning the midnight oil to ensure a great hand-to-hand combat for the climax of “Krissh 2”. It will be filmed on Hrithik Roshan and Vivek Oberoi, and the two actors are having detailed discussions with their director to ensure the best. Hopefully Vivek will get equal footage in a papa Roshan film!
