Ingredients:
Paneer: 100 gms
Capsicum: one
Onion and tomato: one each
Green chillies: two
Mint and coriander leaves: one cup
Ginger garlic paste: one tbspn
Butter: one spoon
Salt: to taste
Method:
Cut paneer into cubes and dice onion, capsicum and tomato, coriander and green chilli. Mix with ginger garlic paste, coriander and green chilli in a shallow pan. Cook in tawa for three minutes. Serve hot with mayonnaise sauce. Garnish with butter.
