Cure

Antibiotics are powerful drugs used to treat certain bacterial infections and they should be taken exactly as prescribed by the physician. However, antibiotics don't work against viruses such as cold or flu. That means you don't have to take an antibiotic every time you fall sick. If used inappropriately, they can make the bacteria resistant to treatment – thus making it difficult to get cured. The best way to prevent flu is by getting a flu vaccination every year. Flu vaccines help in developing antibodies that protects us from influenza virus infection. While there are different flu viruses, the flu vaccine protects against three main flu strains that according to research are responsible for causing most of the diseases during the flu season. The vaccine can protect you from these three viruses or it can make the illness milder if you are infected by a different flu virus.
