(Serves 4)

Chicken breast: Two slices

Refined flour: 50 gms

Egg yolk: One

Cheese: One slice

Butter: 10 gms

Red, yellow and green bell peppers: Quarter cup each

Carrot: Five slices

Sesame seeds: One pinch

Salt and pepper: To taste


Wash chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper and two drops of lime juice. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Prepare batter from refined flour, egg yolk, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in batter and fry in oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds and grated cheese over chicken.

Saute carrots and bell peppers in butter, season with salt and pepper, and serve with chicken.

For a dip, chop tomatoes, onions and capers, squeeze lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Salt and pepper
