Dia sizzled with a long golden sequined Rocky S number as she walked the ramp in the city. To cheer her along with several others was her co-star Zayed Khan. Both look fresh and ready for the release of their joint production venture, Love Breakups Zindagi . Taking a breather from the ramp, Dia says, “I have been wearing Rocky S for the past 10 years and he is a wonderful friend. This collection is all about the red carpet, designed to make a wearer feel like a diva,” says Dia.

In town for the Blenders Pride fashion tour, Dia says she is looking forward to the release of Love Breakups Zindagi. The film is being produced by born-free entertainment which is set up by me and Zayed together and we are very excited about it.

More because it is an honest attempt and that reflects in the final product,” she assures.

“The film is very simple; people will walk out of the theatre with a smile. As far as the freshness is concerned, it was a very conscious decision. When the heads of different departments read the script, the only word they had to describe the movie was ‘fresh.' It was very encouraging to see that they believed in what we wanted for the movie. Everything has been translated into reality and the entire team feels victorious,” she says.

Dia also says she belongs to that breed of actors who do films they believe in and turning producer was a big unplanned shift. “It is exhilarating and a big shift in career. I believe every actor goes through a change every 10 years and this shift is my big shift.

I call it my paradigm shift. And after this I hope to direct a movie. A lot of scripts have has come in and I will start working on one the moment we are done with releasing Love Breakups Zindagi ,” she says.
