Footprint Holidays, a Chennai-based company, launches ‘Diva Getaways', packages for a group of 10 women who'd like to travel together.
In addition to regulars such as sight-seeing and shopping, the itineraries are said to include a range of activities to experience the true flavour of the destination.
For example, a cooking class in Thailand or a wine-tasting tour in Tuscany. The packages include flight tickets, visa, documentation, hotel bookings, transfers, activities, and English-speaking guides.
Departure dates will be fixed, and a Footprint holiday consultant will accompany the group.
The first Diva Getaway will be to Bali, from February 16 to 20. It's priced at Rs. 54,250 for a person on a twin-sharing basis. The package to Rajasthan from March 7 to 13 is priced at Rs. 49,500 for a person on a twin-sharing basis.
Other destinations to be announced include Morocco, Turkey, Jordan, Kenya, Vienna, Prague, Budapest, and The Valley of Flowers.
