If you are a burger-buddy, the dish is just for you. With a thick chicken fillet, a layer of sliced tomatoes and lush lettuce, it is a filling indulgence. Boneless chunks of chicken is marinated in batter, deep fried and made into a patty. Lots of minted mayonnaise sauce is smeared on top and clubbed into the burger.
