INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (breast piece): 250gm
Maida, butter: 10gm each
Pepper powder: 5gm
Refined oil: 100ml
Salt: To taste
Mixed herbs: 5gm
METHOD:
Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate it with salt, pepper powder and mixed herbs. Grill the chicken with oil in a tawa and keep it aside. Make a white sauce with milk, maida and butter. Now serve the dish hot with chicken pieces covered with white sauce.
