Ingredients:

(To prepare five types of masalas)

Prawns : Four

Onions : 150 gms

Tomatoes : 100 gms

Green chillies:25 gms

Curry leaves and salt: To taste

Pepper corn: 10 gms

Chilli and coriander powder: 20 gms each

Turmeric powder : A pinch

Chettinad masala: 10 gms

Lime juice: To taste

Chopped ginger and garlic: 10 gms each

Coriander leaves: Half bunch

Method:

Clean the Prawns. To prepare the first masala, mix onions and tomatoes with green chilli paste; with pepper corn paste for the second type and coriander paste for the third type of masala. Mix lemon juice and turmeric powder with ginger garlic paste to make the fourth masala and for the fifth type, mix Chettinad masala. Now, fry the prawns with all the different types of masalas in tawa till they turn brownish in colour. Serve hot.
