Lose It!

The app helps you track your fitness goals and calorie intake. It customises a weight-loss plan for you and its inbuilt barcode scanner lets you scan what you buy, making you more aware of your nutritional choices. Plus, the app seamlessly connects to other apps and devices like Fitbit, Jawbone, Shine by Misfit, Nike+, Runkeeper, etc., to track your daily exercise and make sure you are able to achieve your fitness goals. Lose It! also prepares charts and reports (calories, meals, nutrients) based on your logs so you can track your daily intake at a glance. You can also create or take part in challenges within the Lose It! community — an integral part in making you feel you’re not alone in fighting the Battle of the Bulge.
