What are the foods that are good and bad for the skin? Does stress affect the skin? How does one decide what SPF sunscreen to use? Dr. Sharad Paul’s lecture will focus on all this and more including the implications of sun damage, pigmentation and the Vitamin D issue. There will a live demo to create your own ‘homemade’ cleansers and exfoliators, followed by a Q&A session.

Please note: This is not a medical consultation. No treatment will be offered and advice is intended to be broad, helpful, educational and informative.
