Date milkshake

Ingredients

Prep. time: 10 minutes

Serves: 1

> Seedless dates – ¼ cup

> Milk – 1 cup

> Sugar (optional) – 1 tsp

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a blender or mixer. Turn on the mixer at high speed for five minutes.

Note: Addition of sugar is optional as dates are sweet. You can increase the sugar quantity to two teaspoons if you wish.
