Rein in your anger

We need to be mentally calm and control our anger at all times.

Once, my friend made fun of me about my marks. I felt insulted. I lost my temper and fought with him. We didn’t speak for over two months. Then one day, I realised my mistake. I went and apologised to him. We became best friends.
