How good are you at conveying your feelings to others? With the apt words and phrases you can express how you exactly feel. For example, to convey fear you could use the phrases hands shaking, knees like rubber, heavy, fast breathing or heart pounding. Nervousness could be described by using the phrases tapping hands/feet, biting lips or butterflies in the stomach.

Angry or happy?

Now here are some phrases that convey anger: red in the face, clenched fists. Mouth wide open, eyes popping out or gasping for air, are phrases that can be used to express a state of shock. Smiling face, humming a favourite tune, laughing and giggling, on cloud nine are phrases that show happiness. So, how are you feeling now?
