A teacher is like a mother
Not like any other
She teaches us with love
To reach for the stars above
To correct us when we are wrong
So that we stay strong
She gives us the knowledge we need
To grow into a plant from a seed
She is always there for us
Without making excuses
She’s a friend, a coach
She can be easily approached
She is a parent
She is talented
She’s the light
Who makes our lives bright.
