Be positive

November 25, 2013 04:21 pm | Updated 04:21 pm IST

A few days ago there was a big storm. It rained for three hours at a stretch. When it stopped raining, I came outside and I saw a nest had fallen down and a broken egg lying there.

I remember seeing a pigeon’s nest a few days ago. I was sure it was the same nest which the pigeon had made with a lot of hard work bringing each and every dried twig from near and far.

It was amazing to see them in action bringing in new twigs and placing them carefully.

I came to realise how quickly they had forgotten their unlucky past and moved on to build a new future. Their courage, teamwork, and resilience was something that inspired me the most and I was filled with a positive feeling.
