Tirupati Film Society (TIFISO) conducted a free painting, mimicry and magic camp for school children recently. Noted painter Singampally Satyanarayana conducted the painting camp and did a demonstration painting of the portrait of the Vijayanagara emperor, Sri Krishna Devaraya, whose 500th coronation ceremony is observed by the State this month. Magician M. Purushotham trained the children in magic and mimicry. TIFISO President U.V.S.R. Anjaneyulu and secretary C.R.K. Seshagiri Rao explained the society's resolve to help identify and nurture budding talent in children. About 800 students took part in the camp.
