Arrive when? We use at with arrive when we speak of a specific period of time.
Eg: The train is expected to arrive at 5 pm / at noon/ at midnight
On is used with arrive when referring to a day or date.
Eg: We plan to arrive on Monday or on June 24th
When we are referring to the month, year or season, in is used with arrive .
Eg: Mary arrives in July, in 2012 or in summer
Arrive where?
We use at with arrive when we speak of a specific place
For eg: They arrived at the Chatrapati Sivaji Airport, at the station, at the hotel or at the office.
The preposition in is used with arrive when we refer to a city or country. The President arrived in Mumbai/in France yesterday.(city/country)
