Located at Gachibowli, the premium residential apartments are shaping as high-end ones and form part of Ramky Towers, a project spread across an area of 8.63 acres in the prime location.

The entire project is expected to be completed by March 2013.

The Elite is to spread itself over two towers of ground plus 19 floors each and accommodate 64 dwelling homes in total. Growth potential

“Hyderabad is one of the fastest growing cities in the country and real estate will be playing a key role in this growth. We see a lot of growth potential in the city and the time ahead is very exciting for the company,” says M. Nandakishore, Executive Director, Ramky Estates and Farms.

“The city skyline is getting redefined and Ramky has a distinct place in it,” says Mr. Nandakishore. The real estate sector has been undergoing major transformation in terms of construction practices, design, regulatory aspects and also customer expectations. “A greater level of transparency is also coming in and Ramky is also part of it,” he adds.

With presence already felt in cities such as Bangalore, Chennai, Visakhapatnam and Warangal, the company is planning to expand its real estate operations in other locations across major cities and those being explored actively include Mumbai, Pune, NCR, Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Indore and Coimbatore.
