Kronotex- Germany, manufacturer of laminate wooden flooring, has tied-up with Ego Flooring (India) for marketing its premium collection of laminate flooring. With this initiative, Mammut and Blissart range of flooring options will be available through Ego Flooring, a press release said.

According to Roshan Bisani, founder of Ego Floorings, the Mammut range of floors is ideal for dainty parlours as well as heavy foot-count spaces. “It boasts of spectacular panels with 3 EX-factors i.e., extra hard, extra long and extra practical. This range retains the natural wooden look characteristic of a country cottage,” he says.

Fitted with the Express Click system, these panels are 50 per cent faster to install and require no hammering, tapping block or pulling bar, points out Mr. Bisani.

The panels are available in a spectrum of 10 shades ranging from Barnwell Oak, Wenge and Limed Oak to Barrique Oak and Ice Oak. The Capital Oak hues are available in five shades including Coffee and Nature. Further, the panels boast of chrompore and embossed surfaces, along with a four-sided V-groove. The price tag happens to be Rs.275 plus taxes per square foot.

The Blissart range on the other hand, is inspired by the elegance and quality of nautical décor. These panels, which are only 113 mm wide and contain aluminium strips, lend a matchless panache to any room, says the company.

The panels are finished in either high-gloss or silk-matt and exude a luminosity unseen in any other range. The high-gloss range owes its resilience to a special process using electromagnetic beams instead of the regular ultraviolet treatment. Consequently, Blissart is equipped to endure a range of uses and settings. It is priced at Rs.325 plus taxes per square foot, the release added.
