A discourse and kirtanas created a spiritual ambience in Nellore.

The spiritual discourses by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Annamacharya Project director Medasani Mohan and the kirtanas by TTD artistes were the highlights of the Guru Pournami celebrations organised by the Shirdi Saibaba Mandir at the Cooperative Urban Bank grounds in Nellore city.

Each day, the evening hours witnessed a steady stream of devotees arriving at the mandir to listen to the discourses. Medasani Mohan touched upon various aspects of divinity and underscored the significance of the total devotion and the Bhagwan’s grand plan . Delivering a fine discourse on ‘Srikrishna Kadhamrutham’, Mohan said that the Godhead would set the stage very early for ensuring the victory of the good over the bad. It was apparent from ‘Uttara Gograhanam’ wherein the way was paved for the defeat of the Kauravas in the hands of the Pandavas. Stating that only righteous people would get the divine blessings, he said that the Pandavas could emerge victorious even after their exiled life just because they stood by principles and moral values.

After the discourses, Annamacharya keertanas were rendered by the artistes of the TTD.
