Last weekend, the atrium of Milan’em mall was bustling with an extra dose of excitement, laughter and cheer.

There was an unusual attendance of people of all ages waiting for the fun to begin. The D’s Charac dance school was conducting a workshop on hip-hop and b-boy dance.

A feel-peppy factor breezed through the gathering as almost instantly people started swaying and tapping their feet. As the fun of dancing began, the trainers kept a vigil eye on the performers to correct them for postures and steps. . From there on, one could hear only resounding claps and whistles as the amateur dancers moved and shook their legs and bodies.

After the workshop, every participant was bouncing in elation and said nothing made them so happy like this dance workshop.

There were many first-timers who said they felt very good and it helped them to de-stress. It

It was really a great opportunity for Madurai dance lovers to learn the tricks and techniques of hip-hop and b-boy. Those who missed it need not despair. Another opportunity will come when the same dance school will conduct a free dance workshop on Michael Jackson steps and Salsa at the same venue. Watch out for their announcement and join the beat, heat and thump.
