All India Business Innovation Contest Where: Online

SiliconIndia was launched as a print magazine from NY, USA, and is now headquartered in Bangalore. All India Business Innovation contest (AIBIC) is a chance for management students to showcase their innovative business ideas.

The contest is open to students currently pursuing MBA/PGDM all across India.

Students have to be registered on the website as individuals or teams of upto five. All members of a team have to be from the same college.

Once registered, in the first phase of the competition the participants need to give a title and upload the executive summary of their business plan on the website, and keep it updated.

Every registered team can submit one executive summary based on any of the following business verticals: Education, Retail, E commerce, Social media, IT/ITES, KPO/BPO, Agri business, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Export & Import, Real estate, Travel and Tourism, Media/Dotcom

The entrants can choose any of the four business functions for their preferred categories:

Identifying business needs, Marketing Strategy, Sales Strategy, Customer Service Strategy

In the second phase, the shortlisted teams have to submit a 10 page presentation and a 5-minute video pitch after which 100 teams from each of the 14 business verticals will be selected.

These finalists will have to present their ideas to the jury in person and 10 winners in each vertical will be declared in August 2013.

Every participant entering the 2nd and 3rd phase will receive certificates and winners will get exciting awards.

Human Machine Interaction (HMI), is a main annual research conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the universities and the industry.

The conference proceedings will be published in the ASDF Proceedings as one volume, and will be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and indexed by EBSCO, World Cat, Google Scholar, and sent to be reviewed by Ei Compendex and ISI Proceedings. Selected papers will be recommended to be published in the Journals. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc, .docx) will be accepted by the electronic submission system.
