It is true that Information Technology has come to the aid of students aspiring to face competitive examinations by providing all necessary information. But the youth in rural and semi-urban areas are still deprived of such facilities and as a result many eligible candidates lose opportunities for sheer lack of information. But such inconvenience is a matter of past now. The Spardha Spoorti magazine for competitive examinations and Classic KAS & IAS Study Circle of Dharwad has come out with an electronic solution titled “Classic 9”.

This simple Android mobile applicationis easily accessible on all smart phones. This can be freely downloaded from Google playstore and could be installed after feeding the personal details like name, qualification, age group, mobile number and e-mail address. It can be transferred from one smart to another through Bluetooth, said Lakshman S. Uppar, founder director of the institute.

The users can use services such as information about career opportunities in government and semi-government sector, latest notifications issued by various organisations, details about structure and latest syllabus of competitive examinations, highlights of current affairs, regular updates on the coaching courses and weekly model tests conducted by the institute.

The users can also get updates on the magazines and books being published by Spardha Spoorti Publication, subscription options of different books and competitive magazines, and timely guidance and tips on various other matters related to competitive examinations, Mr. Uppar said.
